The Custom Experience is for the client who has been saving Pinterest boards, screenshotting Instagram posts, and dreaming up something specific. You bring us your inspiration — your photos, your colors, your theme — and we design a completely custom balloon installation built around your vision.
Once you book, we get to work. You'll receive a digital mockup so you can see your design before event day, and you're welcome to make changes right up until two weeks out. This is your vision, executed by professionals who take it just as seriously as you do.

The Full Poppin' Experience is our most elevated offering — and honestly, our favorite thing to do. This is for the client who wants something truly one of a kind but doesn't want to spend hours planning it. You tell us your venue, share a few things you love, and then you let go. We design everything from scratch.
After signing, we schedule a private design consultation call with Cyn to get inside your vision. Within 5-7 business days you'll receive your first design concept — a full digital mockup created specifically for your space and your moment. We collaborate, refine, and perfect it together until you love every single detail. Then on event day, Team Poppin' arrives and brings it all to life.
This isn't just a balloon installation. It's a full luxury design experience from the first conversation to the final balloon.

Important: Your $250 retainer is applied directly to your total investment — it is not an additional fee. Once your mockup is approved, 50% of your remaining balance is due. Your final payment is due 7 days before your event.
