Hey POPPIN fam ✨️

I have a ton of new followers, so I wanted to reintroduce myself. My name is Cynthia, or Cyn, or Cyn City. I am the owner and creative director of POPPIN Luxe Designs based in MA and servicing all of New England. We specialize in celebrating your memories and milestones. Whatever that looks like for you.

I have a degree in Business Management and I also went to a technical high school and studied Business and Applied Technologies. I began my career in the events industry at 22 as a wedding planner. I grew that business for years, and I LOVED it. Planning weddings was such an amazing opportunity for me, and I learned so much. Unfortunately, Covid changed the events industry, and I decided, with regret, to switch my focus from weddings to balloons.

I did my first balloon arrangement for my daughter's 5th birthday, when balloons really began to become more than a helium arrangement you pick up from your local party store. It took me over 4 hours to do a simple design, but I fell in love. I began offering it to friends and family so I could practice, and my first paid client event was less than a year later.

Over the years, I have perfected my craft, gained some truly incredible clients, and built an empire for myself and my family. This is my DREAM, and nothing will stop me from being incredible.

my life definitely isn't for everyone. I do work most nights until very late. I do sacrifice relaxation. I do wake up before the sun often. my phone is constantly going off with clients or vendors.
I balance things though. my husband and I work as a team at this empire. my kids are learning the business and excited to work. we make plenty of time for family time, fun, and memories.
I am beyond blessed to be booked and busy, but also to be a mother and a wife.

OH TWOOODOODLES! This setup features our arch wall that we repurosed to a favor wall, and added some ears! Also, our circle arch where we also created Minnie's ears out of! The welcome sign we created was also the perfect start to this event!
