Our team makes it so easy to obtain services! Each client gets to fully customize their design. There are unlimited possibilities! INQUIRY

Our site has a built in inquiry form. It asks all the questions we need to get started on your celebration! If you have any inspo images or photos of the space where the design will be, send them to our email! poppinluxe@gmail.com

CUSTOM PROPOSAL + MOCKUP

Our team will then create you a custom proposal and mock up so you can visually see what we are creating for you in your color scheme you request. If we need any additional info from you we will let you know!

INVOICE

Once we zero in on a design, we will send you over an invoice and we charge a 50% deposit to hold your date. We do not hold a date/time without a retainer so even if you sign the invoice it does not hold your date with out the retainer being paid. Changes can be made to your invoice up until 14 days out pending availability of new requests.

DELIVERY + INSTALL

Our team will let you know the delivery window we have set for your install. If there is a time restraint just let us know! We only require the space to be ready for install upon our arrival. This allows us to come in and install as efficiently and timely as possible! If your celebration requires a breakdown, our team will come back to break everything down for you and dispose of the trash. If you wish to keep the balloons afterwards, just let us know! Most designs last up to 3 weeks with minor deflation.
