Character Cutouts are such a staple. These are MORE DURABLE than the foam board ones. I know it takes longer to make, but these work for me so much more than the foam boards. I've made dozens of designs on poster board, cardboard, and foam board and corrugated plastic is BY FAR the champ.

It is always amazing when people you have in your life hire you to do their milestone events. I cannot be more thankful for this little family. Story's dad has been my son's barber for over 5 years and he is incredible. Being a part of their baby shower and now their daughter's birthday... I am so blessed to have such amazing supporters. Love you guys! Thank you for not only hiring us, but inviting us to the party! I wish my 2 oldest kids could have came!

I have a ton of new followers, so I wanted to reintroduce myself. My name is Cynthia, or Cyn, or Cyn City. I am the owner and creative director of POPPIN Luxe Designs based in MA and servicing all of New England. We specialize in celebrating your memories and milestones. Whatever that looks like for you.

I have a degree in Business Management and I also went to a technical high school and studied Business and Applied Technologies. I began my career in the events industry at 22 as a wedding planner. I grew that business for years, and I LOVED it. Planning weddings was such an amazing opportunity for me, and I learned so much. Unfortunately, Covid changed the events industry, and I decided, with regret, to switch my focus from weddings to balloons.

I did my first balloon arrangement for my daughter's 5th birthday, when balloons really began to become more than a helium arrangement you pick up from your local party store. It took me over 4 hours to do a simple design, but I fell in love. I began offering it to friends and family so I could practice, and my first paid client event was less than a year later.

Over the years, I have perfected my craft, gained some truly incredible clients, and built an empire for myself and my family. This is my DREAM, and nothing will stop me from being incredible.
