• Untreated: 6–12 hours

• With Hi-Float: 24–48+ hours

• Last 3–7 days (sometimes longer)

• 24"–36": 24–48 hours, longer with Hi-Float

Best Pickup Timing

✔ Pickup same day as your event
✔ For early morning events: pick up late the night before

While Transporting

• Keep balloons away from heat

• Run AC if warm outside

• Avoid sharp objects, rough surfaces, or open windows

• Place bouquets in the middle row / trunk with seats down

• Large mylars & jumbo latex must be laid flat or secured upright

After Pickup (Before Event)

• Store bouquets indoors in cool, temperature-stable rooms

• Avoid garages, cars, and porches

• Keep away from vents, fireplaces, ceiling fans, and heat sources

• Do not leave balloons in a car — they will pop

• Do not allow children to handle unweighted bouquets outdoors

• Keep away from power lines (especially foil balloons)

• Foils must be weighted to prevent flying away

• Never release balloons outdoors

• Latex balloons are a choking hazard for children under 3
