While Transporting

Keep balloons away from heat

Run AC if warm outside

Avoid sharp objects, rough surfaces, or open windows

Place bouquets in the middle row / trunk with seats down

Large mylars & jumbo latex must be laid flat or secured upright

After Pickup (Before Event)

Store bouquets indoors in cool, temperature-stable rooms

Avoid garages, cars, and porches

Keep away from vents, fireplaces, ceiling fans, and heat sources

Do not leave balloons in a car — they will pop
Do not allow children to handle unweighted bouquets outdoors

Keep away from power lines (especially foil balloons)

Foils must be weighted to prevent flying away

Never release balloons outdoors

Latex balloons are a choking hazard for children under 3
