Each time I have the opportunity to work with @celebrationsbycatalina I jump! She is a pleasure to work with, kind, respectful, and she gets the job done! Our team showed up and showed out. With acatalina's direction, we designed a gorgeous background for the event. Not a detail was missed. @betallic Fashion Yellow draped the event effortlessly. I love a good monochromatic moment!

With over 225ft of balloons broken down into a larger than life garland around @ledmarquee_mass neon letters, a 15x10ft balloon ceiling for a tunnel experience, and multiple other elements throughout the evening.

Cannot wait to show off how incredible this event was!

Easter calls for family time ✨️ My family lives in Florida so it has always been tough for me around the holidays. My husband's family has literally taken me under their wings and we have now created so many memories for many years now. We look forward to holidays and time spent together. God don't like ugly. Something I've learned in this business is you can't please everyone. I have a perfect 5 star rating on every platform for a reason. Our clients love us. They love what we provide and are so excited to tell the world. When we miss, though, we ALWAYS rectify it. Not everyone loves everything. That's okay! We are human. We mess up. We don't get things right. We absolutely are FAR from perfect. But we try our best to make your celebrations memorable. Some people will still never be happy. And thats okay too. Just don't call a small business then. Don't try to destroy what someone built and how they feed their family.

After multiple phone calls to me telling me a 5 year old could have done better and "my husband is a contractor". I politely offered a full refund and my sincerest apologies for her not being happy with her rental. The $95 ($45 for the rental and $50 for security) 🙃 She still decided to bash me on social media, but yet, still used my tables.

Whenever she decides to actually return them,as she also threatened to call the police on me for false advertising, (she wanted white ornate legs and mine were wood grain straight legs), I will happily return her $95 to her.

I've noticed a trend this year with bookings. I need to clear the air. Our website has SO MUCH more offerings listed for all to see! We are NOT just a balloon company.
When I did a rebrand last year, I purposely renamed the company. we are not longer a balloon company. We are a Luxe Design company offering almost every service imaginable for decorating celebrations.
Yes, balloons are our jam. I LOVE making balloon designs. HOWEVER, our services stretch the limits of design. Think of us like the first person you call after you book the venue. (sometimes even before!)
Our growth has surpassed being a balloon shop and you should know that!
So we are incorporating a list of our offerings with every booking so I never have to hear "I didn't know you did that!", every again. 😔
